I think it's a beautiful company and it has a lot of potential. But when you have the wrong leadership that lacks confidence within his self or fires you because he's selfish, greedy, dishonest, and cares nothing about the residents, but only to keep the census high for self gain, or when you know you've given all you could to love, care, embrace your residents and nurture their spirits.
