they accidentally tore my picture. i’m so sad i thought i had finally found a place i could trust because of all the good reviews. but turns out, the fear why i didn’t want to get it fixed became true. sooo heartbroken. EDIT TO RESPOND: during our messages you never mentioned the print to be free and the discount on the finish product. if i would’ve known it would be free, i would of course accept it.

Dave was a great help and made sure the final product was good quality, was exactly what we wanted and worked fast. We can tell he really cares about his work!

So far so good.... 👍 Started with one VHS from 1996...now have given the 3 remaining tapes that are IRREPLACEABLE... Full faith and proven dedication...worth every dime!! I appreciated the fact... I feel like I am more than a customer...and that makes all the difference....

I cannot say enough positive about Memories and Fabian. They did an excellent job of transferring my Hi8 videos to a thumb drive. They did it in a few days and Fabian went the extra mile to show me how to load the videos on my computer. Thank you for saving 23 years of my memories.
