I ordered a granite memorial stone for my beloved cat. The company promptly emailed me a proof of the stone for my review and once approved, I got the stone in about one week. It came out beautifully, both the quality of the stone as well as the engraving. I feel this came out as true cemetery quality, but at a good price for a pet memorial. I would highly recommend them.
When my mom passed away I was looking for an urn that didn't really look like an urn. I found one that looked like a picture frame for my dad which is so much more pleasing to look at. This company is not honest and cannot be trusted. They refuse to correct their wrong doings. They refuse to accept responsibility for when their products break in an honest fashion. They blame the customer for poor craftsmanship in their part. They block your profile just leaving honest feedback. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Decisions during time of grief are many, so much to do, so much to think about, when your mind is so foggy. They made finding and purchasing an urn probably the easiest decision so far. They were gracious and answered all my questions during the process. They did everything in their power to facilitate the changes in the engraving that we wanted.
