Went here with an injury & they told me 1-2weeks to heal, so no need for imaging. So after 5 weeks of nonstop pain, I finally go to ER, get imaging, & boom... I'm out 3 months. I really felt they just threw me in a blanket catatgory of how to treat injuries rather than take the time to understand my injury & the uniqueness of treatment & care. I couldn’t get help to save my life with this medical group; Even after going to the hospital. I have to make a secondary appointment To get the doctor to address Follow up items from Initial visit. my chart messages to your doctor, will be ignored. I even called and leave messages with the patient navigator, but get no response. When I ask for a referral coordinator, I still get no answer. It feels like they are medically abandoning their patients. meanwhile, I’m suffering. choose another medical group
