I'm a MemorialCare patient and have written glowing reviews for other locations and several of their doctors. My preferred location is Schaufele in Long Beach. Please avoid this location, though. My first visit years ago was unremarkable, but a recent visit in early August was a nightmare. Terrible! The doctor there was totally dismissive and felt like she didn’t care about my mom.
They have a older male doctor that has a shaking hand. He is very dismisive and has tainted my view with ever having a male doctor again when it comes it womens health.
We have being waiting for almost 3 hrs and we still waiting for a Dr to come by our room! This is a nightmare! Not urgent care at all.
I was impressed by how organized and functional this office was. Total time: 1.5 hours which included x-rays, broken foot diagnosis and fittings for a boot and crutches. Tip- make an online appointment to save time.
