The best hospital in Orange County.
The security staff treat you as if you’re about to enter a prison, instead of being a little empathetic with patients. They have no sense of compassion. The way the front desk staff treat people is terrible. I hope I never have to return to that place for something more serious. What a disappointment.

Why do any of the RN's here get into this line of work? They have no compassion or true willingness to help patients in need. They have short fuses & view patients as a bother to them. They make this abundantly clear to you within the first 3 minutes. I was hit in the eye with a pulse ox monitor by my very first RN who was trying to tape it to my finger in a most hurried manner.
