EXCELLENT Health Care
It was a tough time for my daughter and myself. Nurse Lindsay was amazing she explained everything was calm cool and collected. I was terrified when she showed up to transport my daughter and my self from the er to the children’s hospital. She answered all my question and kept me at ease. Nurse Luiza was our night nurse. I’ll start by saying I work in healthcare and have a few years of L&D experience. It took me six months to write this review because I couldn’t do it without getting angry. My wife delivered twins here 6 months ago. Overall not a great experience. The delivery room was chaos and filled with a mixture of rude doctors, an inexperienced L and D team, and a team that lacked a shred of empathy. Couldn’t tell you who was in charge. The staff here are very friendly and approachable...they take care of the patients very meticulously and thoroughly.
