I came in on a Saturday morning with excessive bleeding. I waited for over an hour to see the Dr. There were 2 people ahead of me, and one after me but they were all called in before me. The receptionist gave me some gauzes to hold the bleeding while I waited. I will definitely change the medical group.
Didn’t care about the patient just wanted me out of there asap
I went to bed seen because I was sick. They said I had the flu based on my symptoms without an exam or test.
Helpful understanding doctor, which is hard to find in urgent care. Understandable because they have to go through a lot of patients but most will just pump you with a steroid and get you out the door.
