Pro: Excellent doctors and staffs. Plenty of parking spaces. Con: This medical complex has many buildings. I picked the wrong one and walked 20 minutes last time. Fix: Google Maps please shorten this building's name to MemorialCare Fountain Valley Health & Wellness Center. Thanks.
As a physician, I wanted to especially leave a review for this hospital because all hospitals are not the same. Immediately on entering the hospital, there are friendly staff members. Who are all asking if they may help you. The hospital also smells nice. It does not smell like a regular hospital, which usually smells like farts. They also have several high tech enabled robots to ease the care of the patients and the workload of the nurses. I have not seen these before. This post is not about the professionals working at this location - they are great, but the infrastructure, and it is horrible. I came for bloodwork and ended up spending an hour there. The parking structure was filled, not a single empty spot. The parking lot in front of the building is a total chaos. It’s narrow, a big portion of it is taken by the valet spots, and the cars going in any direction disregarding the lanes in search for an empty spot. Add deliver trucks that block the narrow lanes.
