I had a very disappointing experience at MemorialCare Bixby Knolls with a medical assistant named Lorena. I’m going through a sensitive time with fertility and expected compassion and understanding. Instead, Lorena was dismissive of my requests, had an obvious attitude, and plain rudeness. I could even hear her aggressive mumbling through the door. Ms Kiernan has THE BEST bedside manner… she is so wonderful and easy to talk to!! I will never see ANYONE else!
Love it here, love the staff and all the Drs I live 2hrs away and I still drive to be seen at this office because I had my first child with this medical group 5 years ago and enjoyed my whole pregnancy. Now for my second I wanted the same experience and seeing them is definitely worth the drive every time.
