My experience at a MemorialCare clinic in Carson was completely ruined by the receptionist, Jesse. I walked in at 3:16 PM, and he insisted it was 3:18 PM—just past their cutoff—and refused to check me in. I had already called ahead and was told to still come in, and I explained that I had taken time off work and couldn’t easily reschedule. None of that mattered to him. Doctor Hoang, was super helpful and recommended different alternatives for remedies with OTC medication and natural. The whole staff was really nice and I appreciate them being able to accommodate me last minute. I love how organized they are. I even received notes from the Doctor same day on my chart. Thank you again 🙏 I recommend them to everyone.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Ji Lee. She is knowledgeable and she took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate her professionalism and expertise. While the quality of care from the doctor was excellent, I did find the front office staff to be a bit less welcoming. Had an appointment 2 weeks ago Tuesday. The staff called and canceled saying the phlebotomist will be out for the rest of the week. I rescheduled to today and had a different appointment time which would be hard on my schedule. I tried to call ahead to notify I am running behind schedule by 8 minutes.
