I had a very positive experience with Dr. Ji Lee. She is knowledgeable and she took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate her professionalism and expertise. While the quality of care from the doctor was excellent, I did find the front office staff to be a bit less welcoming. Had an appointment 2 weeks ago Tuesday. The staff called and canceled saying the phlebotomist will be out for the rest of the week. I rescheduled to today and had a different appointment time which would be hard on my schedule. I tried to call ahead to notify I am running behind schedule by 8 minutes.
