Lady I Spoke with for customer service today was Extremely Rude ! I couldn't even finish my sentence on what I was calling for before she cut me off. We are dealing with our health , thats already an emotional overwhelming situation as is and people like her should not be in the medical field being disrespectful to people in general yet along people who were calm and respectful. Very disappointed because I didnt deserve that .
My first time to this ER and honestly everyone was helpful nurses are really nice the doctors as well . I feel like give respect and patience and it’s given back . Overall it was a good and helpful experience.
I was taken in two days ago by ambulance to Memorial and it was the absolute worse experience. I was in the hall for 2 hours without any help. When they did move me to a room with tons of people they still didn't help. I told the nurse I was going to pass out and she said just make sure you stayed on the chair if I passed out. I did pass out and still no one helped. People who looked absolutely fine and laughing were being seen before me. I was passing kidney stones and ready to die. It was a horrible experience. Thank you Long Beach Memorial... The staff there are above incredible, respectful, informative and friendly... I'm very thankful to everyone there for the hard work, time, and professionalism... My family and I felt comfortable and welcomed while visiting my sibling, from beginning to end... Thank you...
My husband had the WORST experience after surgery in June due to the mistake of a Travel Nurse and the pain medication given to him. He had a severe reaction and because of this he ended up with delirium and delusions plus memory issues. Our surgeon couldn't believe the STUPIDITY of this nurse and what she caused. A 2 day planned stay turned into 5 days and over a month for him to recover from this mistake. This was only 1 issue he had while there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
