I have seen Dr. Jones and Erica Yang. I love them both! But if I would have read the reviews on the front desk people I would have chosen somewhere else. I have called up their multiple times trying to receive help as well as in person and have never met a front desk person as rude and unhelpful as this woman. Seriously makes me dread going to appointments and makes me want to switch every time.
Came for a new patient wellness exam. Confirmed my insurance info when making the appointment. Was told I was good to go. Then I get there early for check in and right off the bat the receptionist was rude. Honestly tried to shrug it off beacuse its a Friday, I get it. But then she got kind of angry with me because apparently my insurance wasn't good to go and I couldn't be seen. Went for an appointment and was told I was half an hour late. I was told on the phone multiple times that it was for 9:30 to be told I have to reschedule for another day because of their scheduling error.
I had a really good and positive pregnancy and birth experience thanks to Dr. Jones and I have a very healthy baby
Dr Jones is the best Dr I’ve had! He delivered my son & is about to deliver my second in November!
