My family and I have been coming to Memorial Vision for our eye needs for several years. I found out today that Dr. Peggy Heart has retired and was introduced to Dr. Antony Nguyen since he has taken over her practice. I have to say, the first visit with Dr. Nguyen was wonderful. He was very friendly, but more importantly, he came across as very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his practice. I had applied and interviewed for a job position on Sept 18th and was told I'd hear back after a background check came back. I had called three times over the next three weeks as I hadn't heard, and extended that I was still interested if I could please get a call back. Despite her assistant flagging my call as URGENT on her calendar, and hearing the voicemail stating "I will return your call", I hadn't heard back and I am leaving this review on October 21st. My husband and I went in a few weeks ago for eye exams and she is by far the best OD I have been to! The exam is the most thorough I have ever had. We ordered our glasses with the new prescriptions she provided and they are perfect!! Her staff is awesome and we are very happy with our choice to switch to her!
