Been going to Dr Noto for many years. Followed him from office to office. His whole staff is wonderful. Have seen his partners when a problem arose and he was not available. All excellent. Most recently had a 3 year old shepherd with separation anxiety neutered. The office made him first surgery of the day and let me stay until he was sedated. I received a call as soon as he was done and was able to pick him up an hour later. I could have picked up the discount certificate from the local humane society and taken him elsewher... read more

Thank you so much!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. An office that once had some of the best vets/care in the area has since expanded and either cannot, or are no longer interested in, offering reliable treatment and care. A couple.months ago, my cat was very ill and had not eaten or taken a drink in a few days. When I called, I was informed that I was no longer in their "upgraded' system and scolded for not/bringing the cat in since 2011. The cat was not even born until 2014, and was neutered and received his wellness visits and flea treatme... read more
I’d gladly give 10 stars to Dr. Noto and the staff!! I have several cats and dogs and they all receive excellent care from everyone. Last year I acquired a kitten who became very sick. The staff took excellent care of her and actually saved her life. The first picture is my little girl, Magic, when she got sick. Not a pretty sight! But they never gave up on her and as you can see she is now a healthy beautiful cat!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly I’d wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even with this virus, they continue to care... read more
Just brought Max home from his surgery . The Nurse was very nice, explained the aftercare instructions and he is now resting in his crate in order to keep him quiet and safe post op. The only thing that's hard was the cost, especially for a senior on social security. Love Dr. Ruane.😊
Business response:
We hope Max is resting and healing well!
Dr. Ruane is an extraordinary doctor! He is very knowledgeable about animals and extremely personable to talk with. He has a genuine love for animals and always goes above and beyond the expected at every visit. My dog, Jack, was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has had a difficult time getting regulated. Although he has gone through many tests, he is very comfortable with Dr. Ruane; especially since at times, he sits with Jack and helps him to feel safe before doing anything. I have seen all of the doctors in this practi... read more
Awesome vets and vet techs. Super loving and caring .
Most amazing vets, techs and office staff. Took such amazing care with such love of my dog through weekly treatments for kidney disease for months. They cared so much for both Lily and me when I lost my 17 year old girl 2 weeks ago. It especially meant the world to me, allowing me to be with her, holding her and talking to her as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, during this horrible time of separation due to COVID-19. I love everyone here. ❤🐾🐾
