I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the last couple of days and no answer straight to voicemail, I filled out a communication form on their website and nothing. I decided to go in person because I was interested in renting and touring a unit but nobody was there even after waiting for a while. Not interested anymore if I can’t even get a hold of anybody.
The negative reviews seem to be directed to the previous conditions from the previous property management team. I moved in at the end of Nov. 2025 because I was referred by a friend of mine who has really enjoyed their stay here. The property management team (Mervat) were very communicative and supportive with all my questions throughout my initial contact when I inquired a tour and during the application process. Do not move here roaches . Poor maintenance poor service. Horrible ac. No security. Or protected exits. Planning on suing them as many have. They literally called the cops on me when an elderly friend contacted me to take him to the er. Do not do it. Memorial drive is an unpredictable location to rent from. Your rent will sky rocket the following year after you move i . They bet the haslte alone will keep you settled
