I have a best friend who lives here, and every time I visit him, this place is always nice, upkept, and the atmosphere is nice. I want to move here too!!
This place has been undergoing some big changes and I have to say it all looks great. So clean, super nice and a great place to call home. Well done to the management.
I’ve been living here since March of 2025, and I was a little nervous about moving here. I had looked at moving here about 4 years ago but the reviews at that time were horrible. I’m so glad I came by to check the place out this time instead of just looking at the reviews. Yes it’s an old building and with any older building there are some quirks. I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to move due to the bad reviews from the old management, but I've been living here for 5 months now and I love this place more every day. The new management works hard every day to give us the best service, the neighbors are very friendly, and although the old management left a very bad reputation, the new one is doing an incredible job every day, remodeling and organizing to make this place a very pleasant place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
TLDR: relentless roach problems, some amenities fixed, car break-ins regular and black mold regardless of purchasing a dehumidifier and A/C unit on my own dime most units face the sun and in a concrete building, you MUST have blackout curtains to keep in what A/C you can huge roach infestation (come out when lights are off and are in clumps of 20-30 at a time on the counter and under appliances No matter which parking lot you are in, your car may be broken into.
