This apartments are great! Location is just perfect and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it
The building is under an exciting, and much needed renovation. The new management company, Fat Property has stepped in, and is addressing all that’s been overlooked. It’s been a long time since we have had a property manager like Mervat Amra that’s really stepped up , and taking care of residents concerns. We are lucky to have her onboard to incorporate changes. I have a best friend who lives here, and every time I visit him, this place is always nice, upkept, and the atmosphere is nice. I want to move here too!!
This place has been undergoing some big changes and I have to say it all looks great. So clean, super nice and a great place to call home. Well done to the management.
I’ve been living here since March of 2025, and I was a little nervous about moving here. I had looked at moving here about 4 years ago but the reviews at that time were horrible. I’m so glad I came by to check the place out this time instead of just looking at the reviews. Yes it’s an old building and with any older building there are some quirks.
