Bad experience. The couple times I did go or tried to take my kids our names would be skipped over no matter how bad our situation was.
Nice, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Conveniently located next to the hospital, doors are handicapped accessible, with plenty of parking and elevator. Comfortable waiting rooms, with bathrooms and drinking fountains just outside the offices. Nice people.
