Wow just wow. we are all doomed if this is "the best care" I will be looking elsewhere for care. This place has dropped every single ball along the way.
I went for a second opinion for bladder cancer, & was dissatisfied with the 2nd opinion, being the Dr was going off another drs diagnosis.
Between spending hours of speaking to ink-take and filling out online forms I was scheduled for an appt. I was scheduled to come in. Approx 3 hour drive. I wait for well over 2 hours and was seen by a very kind nurse. Then the Doctor came in. She arrogantly told me (like it was my fault) that she was not the doctor for me. She had no idea why I was booked with her.
