VALET PARKING - I have a suggestion with the valet parking. We were delayed for infusion and didn’t leave until 8:30PM. When we went outside the guard said they were finished and here are your keys. We had to find my car and it was down a hill near the main road. We valeted because I can’t walk far and we were leaving my family members treatment but not to mention the temp was close to 25 degrees. Dr. Au and the radiology department are awesome. Very anxious about the procedure. Explained each step before the procedure, during the procedure and after. I can't thank them enough for getting me through it. Everyone of the staff have been amazing. Treated with respect and caring. Very important when the diagnosis is cancer.
Doctors and techs are fantastic but the reception main level and lower lever are so LOUD ! We hear their personal information. When they call you they yell. It’s a very unpleasant feeling. Folks are laughing with each others while sick people are waiting for chemo. Reception staff talks constantly to each other laughing it up! Edit...July 9th 2025, Walked In to the lower concourse and was greeted by Solay I hope I spelled that right. Her beautiful smile, her kind words and her willingness to help me. Made my day. She was so kind and so helpful even the older gentlemen behind me felt her energy and said you have a great disposition. Goes to show not all experiences are the same.
