I went to see Dr. Elizabeth Jewell after experiencing concerning gynecological symptoms. Dr. Jewell was wonderful. She recommended biopsies, which helped very much to alleviate my anxieties. She recommended an additional procedure, which was a procedure I had wanted for some time. Her nurse assistant, Monica S., was lovely. I felt comfortable speaking with her, and I felt heard. On Thursday, December 15, 2022, my husband was sent to MSK Urgent Care for two tests. We waited for hours to have the 2 tests. Extremely long waits for infusion rooms at Middletown location. My appointment was 70 minutes ago and I am still waiting. Very poor planning. They suggest I reschedule after I spent 1 1/2 hours driving here and face same back. Not patient oriented.
