Extremely rude an unprofessional when attempting to contact about a policy that had been prewritten.
Horrible! These people keep trying to fax me something every month on my landline, and I am not a customer!! Every 5 min, the dang thing keeps redialing me, and I've called them every time it happens to tell them to never call my number again. Then the next month comes around, and there they are again with the same wrong number calling me! I'm sick of them and wouldn't use them for any kind of insurance since they are totally incompetent.
