Kaneisha was fantastic. She was very helpful, kind and made us feel like she had all the time to spend with us. She was quick to come and assist where needed. Thank you Kaneisha for all your hard work

When a Canadian showed up at the ER with in infected and swollen finger, the wonderful (and I might add, funny) team of Valene, Andi, Tiffany, and Dr. Smith came to the rescue. The procedure wasn't exactly one I wish to repeat but I think, with some luck, I might survive. Thank you, Geoff Smith (of course I don't have the bill yet so this review might be premature!)

This was one of the worst hospitals I have ever been in.  Nurses provided terrible patient care.  Had me on wrong blood pressure medication for 4 days & wondering why my pressure was high.  Ring call bell for pain, water or medication requests proved they were unresponsive or just didn’t care about patients welfare.  It’s a trauma hospital with poor quality review. It truly was like being in a prison camp while nurses ignored all of your requests as long as possible. Nobody knew anything and was in pain for hours before they... read more

My husband had surgery here 4/6/26. When I picked him up, I was approached in the waiting room by Nancy, a recovery room nurse. I corrected her when she mispronounced my name, and she ignored me as she walked away, responding with "tomato, tomaato; you're the only one left". Most people would have simply asked "how do you pronounce your name", but Nancy proceeded to crouch down behind the recovery room nurse's desk and mock the [corrected] version of my name to another nurse. Having witnessed this inappropriate/juvenile beh... read more

I was hospitalized for blood infection due to cancer treatment , everyone on 3 rd floor was amazing , kind helpful caring, doctors were very nice and smart they kept on top of everything and after a week I was fixed up enough to go home , only negative thing I can say is THE FOOD! It was terrible! They need a new chef everything was either tasteless or taste terrible! Cold , over cooks flavor was horrible, I came home alive but very hungry , if you have a choice, complain, so they can change the cook or the menur

I fell and later, when ib mass  I kneeled and immediately, felt a pop in my knee and shooting pain.. I went to HCA ER  after mass.- sat for about 2 1/2 hours in extreme pain.  Eventually someone took x-rays and then I waited again.   Finally, someone came to tell me there are no broken bones; instead I had fluid on my knee and maybe arthritis.  I cannot believe an ER left me sitting at the door waiting for my Uber; no one helped me to the car; no one gave me even a Motrin.  They literally sent me home with an undiagnosed a... read more

Before my recent ER visit, I'd had excellent care at the ER.  However, three weeks ago, they  left me waiting for over two hours to see someone; then finally they took X-rays of my very painful knee injury and let me wait again.  Finally, a staff member  came out to tell me there were no broken bones then sent me home for 'fluid' on my knee and possible arthritis.  I asked for a Motrin or ibuprofen for pain, but they said I would have to wait again to see dr. again.  Then,  they didn't even help me to my Uber, even though I ... read more

My father recently was admitted to this HORRIBLEEEEE HOSPITAL!!!!! The nurses and pct's are very rude and lack tremendous amount of care, kindness and communication skills. There was not one good thing I can say about the 5th floor except the Nurse at night Cherline. My dad left the floor with a skin tear on his arm due to the lab tech pulling the tape off his arm and his skin went with the tape. I asked for my dads nurse on the call light and no one came, so I was standing at the front desk looking for my dads nurse and the... read more
