If you are searing at work every day is bad for you. If you standing as well. Thanks to the Memorial Miramar rehabilitation center and all the wonderful team that works there. I have been able to manage my posture at work, pain when doing my daily activities and getting more healthier and stronger everyday when I do my exercises. At the beginning of May 2024, after years of dedication, I finally was accepted into the Miami-Dade Police Academy. I was ready to begin my journey of a law enforcement. For six months, I gave everything I had. Long days of studying and endless workouts became my routine. With graduation two weeks away, in an instant, everything changed. I must say they have some of the most exceptionally qualified practitioners in their field. I must shout out Natalia, Della, Stacy, and Rachana, my newest. They are kind, understanding, and caring. I would also like to thank Miss Gloria (front end office) and the support staff. Miss Gloria goes above and beyond but she alone cannot fix the obvious strain and constraints of what seems to be a department breaking at ... read more
