Henrico Emergency Medical Team responded to my 911 call on behalf of my grandson. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable, they asked which hospital we wanted them to take him to and I said Memorial Regional. My grandson was transported after the EMT’s did a thorough check and Memorial Regional took care of him from there. Thanks for helping my grandson and all of the other patients you’re helping. Keep up the great work!
Almost all my Drs are @ MRMC and I love them
I had an outstanding experience with each and every nurse and assistant that I came in contact with. The reason I am leaving 4 stars is because Dr Yusuf violated my HIPA rights by discussing my drug use with someone else in the room that I did not wish to be informed and that is doctor patient confidentiality. He was a very good doctor and the staff is amazing, but I felt quite violated by Dr Yusuf’s actions and probably won’t return.
