I have also had the best experience when I go to my appointments. The staff and dr rhamsey show nothing but the best attentive behavior and professionalism..however this Friday I was truly appalled at how the office manager berated the office staff in front of all the patients. She was so loud and disrespectful that I could still hear her in the room. She was so disrespectful to them that everyone in that lobby was appalled. 10/10 my doctor is wonderful
I am writing this review at the request of a nun. I was accompanied her to the clinic today because of her foot injury and necessity in translation. From the beginning to the end of the visit the nun got a great care and medical service. She ask me to appreciate by name all staff who was helping her today: Dr. Shapiro, medical assistant Joy/Nalu, radiology technologist Junette, patient service rep. It took me 10 years to find a primary care physician who could meet my expectations, and I'm grateful to have finally found Memorial Primary Care in Dania.
