My experience at this clinic was utterly appalling, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking compassionate care to look elsewhere. While Ms. Amy was the only staff member who treated me with any semblance of respect, the rest of the team was dismissive and unprofessional. Worst doctor ever! All he wants is money from insurance companies. Has know idea how to treat or diagnose a problem. Only wants to give a steroid instead of running tests! I wouldn’t send my dog back to this doctor!
We called yesterday because we were at Memorial Hospital ER on Sunday and the case worker gave us a card and told us to call you about my son's ankle. They put a splint on it,said it was a bad sprain,but needed to be looked at by a orthopedic doctor. You told us on the phone you can't do anything. It says on your website you help with sprain ankles. Just wondering what is going on.
I went to Memorial because of a rotator cuff injury, and I've been in severe pain and can barely move my arm. I do not have insurance. The hospital said I needed a MRI and to see a Orthopedic Dr. I called this place because that what was in my referral from the ER. There was no way I could afford to get a MRI out of pocket to even see if I needed surgery. Also if I did need surgery I could afford to pay for that.
