Zero customer service. Zero communication. Zeronfollow through. Mishra and Volters both. Avoid these people at all costs. They do not care for your health. Do not waste your time. Especially with the nurse practitioner. My fiancé followed up from an ER visit from her back going out and after waiting for 2 hours the NP spent all of 3 minutes with her and sent her off with no information whatsoever or referrals. “Your best bet is to go back to the ER.” In what office is the best advice to give? We were referred there by the ER with x rays.
My mother had a stroke 17 July 2024. She sat in the ER from aprox 09:30 until 17:30. She was discharged on Friday, 19 July 2024 with a written order from doctor Voulters, MD for a CT scan ASAP on 22 July 2024. Memorial Hospital will not do her CT scan without Dr. Voulters sending them the order and having it scheduled. I have been on hold to speak with someone at Memorial Hospital, but no one is picking up my call. I have left voicemail already. Now they finally picked up the call. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did they hang up on me at least 4 or 5 times, but they also lied to me saying they don’t do EEGs which is a straight up lie. Absolutely do not waste your time with this office, it’s not worth the frustration. Horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I recommend finding services elsewhere. Just save yourself time and headache.
