I've always had a good experience at Doctor payment's office. I have even seen NP Turan. Doctor payment is the one that put my pacemaker in for me when I was having some heart problems and I have been fine ever since. Sometimes it might take a little longer to get an appointment and sometimes you might have to wait for a little while once you get in the office but I would rather have that than to be hurried along and not get to care that I need.
Dr Payment is amazing. He is very very thorough and spends time with his patients. He explains everything. When we started with him my husband had 20 stents, and a pacemaker, he just referred him for open heart surgery where he received a double bypass, he has one more area in his heart he wants to keep an eye on. He has shown us the films of his heart from the Cath lab and has just been fantastic. The man will keep searching until he can find what is the cause of your problems, he does not give up. They are quick to get you an appointment. But once your inside the room it's like u get lost in tbe shuffle. Appointment @ 2 and it's now 3pm still sitting and still.waiting to be seen!!! They should have a common curiosity to at least check back in with us and let us know they are running behind.
