I just got home after spending over two hours in a room while my Daughter and I were purposely ignored. A Nurse Practioner by the name of Jennifer Jackson walked into our room acting like she was high on drugs and very very unprofessional. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH! My Daughter is only 2 and has Down's Syndrome and we were both just needing antibiotics for sinus infection.
