I got a referral to Dr. Tomajian and it was like 5 weeks no call from them. So I called to see if they had gotten my referral and she told me Dr. Tomajian refused my referral. When I asked why he refused my referral? She said he doesn't have to give you a reason why he refused your referral. And hung up.
