RecommendedI was treated by the ER Staff and Shiloh O'Fallon EMS. The entire ER staff as well as the EMS were professional and caring. I felt confident that I was receiving the best of care.

To all the nurses, doctors and staff who attended to me during my stay, you are awesome (Amanda, Stacey, Dr. Tissier and the others whose names I cannot recall right now). They were all very friendly and genuinely cared. Thank you for the wonderful care you provided.
RecommendedGreat personal care by the hospital staff. They are always willing to take the time to talk and listen. The three day stay was great once I was admitted. The only concern was the extremely long wait in the ER waiting room (over four hours) with nobody coming by to let me know what was happening or checking on me. There were times when I was then only patient waiting.
In honesty, I have not been treated at Memorial East. However, the administrative process is the same as Belleville Memorial. Having received substandard care at Belleville and missed diagnoses, as well as denial from their administrative staff and absolutely no positive outcomes, I would recommend completely avoiding those hospitals. My mom came by ambulance at 640 am and we haven’t seen a dr yet an it is 950 am . Poor service
