RecommendedOn Tuesday of this week, my mother had an appointment with Dr. Popovic at the Siteman Cancer Center in Shiloh. He referred her to an Orthopedic Surgeon over at the Siteman Cancer Center in the CWE the very next day. When we got to the CWE location, they were lacking some scans/images (MRI and PET) that had been on file at Dr. Popovic's office. RecommendedI had an appointment yesterday. I wanted to give a shout out to the COVID Screening Team! The lady working the door at Siteman was on it! Super Efficient, all while being kind to everyone AND wearing PPE! Fantastic job!

RecommendedI love Memorial East for their ER and their Surgical dept. However....my oncologist, who moved in to the new Siteman building on Memorials campus, i had to drop because of Memorials shady billing practices. Not only am I paying my co-pay to see my doctor but im being billed by Memorial also. They call it "hospital services". Its double billing and its illegal!!! RecommendedOur daughter was transfered from Childrens in STL to Memorial East to learn bottles (she was a preemie). The special care nursery staff have been amazing! we have been there a month and a half. its all very clean and well laid out and welcoming.
My complaint is with the doctors offices associated with the hospital, namely Dr. Shah’s office. Just in the last month I have had my blood pressure medicine withheld from me because they said no one there could authorize it, as well as not being able to get test results all week because their fax machine is down I am leaving and going to another provider. I would really like someone to contact me.
