I have tried and then tried again with this office out of convenience but the convenience is not worth the hassle. Being called a negligent parent because I did not feel comfortable signing incentivized screening paperwork by Dr Kidwell was the cherry on top. Future and current families of this practice just know if you disagree with these doctors in the slightest you will be scorned and belittled. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone! The Hospital that cares.
We love NP Bethany Lamphier. She is great with my 1 year old. Listens to our concerns and answers all of our questions. I also love that they have the 24/7 on call line for any concerns and questions.
Dr Kramer is Amazing. The actual problem is the only time we really ever see the Dr's is for our children's annual checkup other than that we are told to go to urgent care. There is no relationship between our children and their Dr. It was very different with Dr Budai.
We love when Amanda is in the office. However, we can never get our kids in when they need their doctor the most. We love Amanda because she knows ours kids better than our PCP and that’s because she always cares for them at an urgent care location. Literally, the urgent care nurse practitioner knows our kids more than the doctors in this office do. We were hesitant about this office when Dr. Budai retired but have stuck it out a few years. I bet not a single doctor in this office would recognize us or our kids on the street... read more
