Dr Kramer is Amazing. The actual problem is the only time we really ever see the Dr's is for our children's annual checkup other than that we are told to go to urgent care. There is no relationship between our children and their Dr. It was very different with Dr Budai.
We love when Amanda is in the office. However, we can never get our kids in when they need their doctor the most. We love Amanda because she knows ours kids better than our PCP and that’s because she always cares for them at an urgent care location. Literally, the urgent care nurse practitioner knows our kids more than the doctors in this office do. We were hesitant about this office when Dr. Budai retired but have stuck it out a few years. My daughter developed a severe cough after already having strep two weeks prior. I called with my concern and their team got us in with an NP right away that same day, gave us a quick diagnosis, and were prompt with the prescription call in. They always take extra time and treat my girls like they are the only ones they’re seeing that day. We appreciate the entire office’s attentiveness and high quality care.
You will never be able to get your children in a timely manner when they are unwell so do yourself a favor if you care about your child, look elsewhere for pediatric care. They can do better because our children deserve better! Edit*** I will also say it is ironic how after writing this review miraculously an appointment became available the very next day even though it would have been a month long wait originally. I shouldn’t have to take to the internet and jump hoops to have my kids seen by their PCP.
