Saved my life in May of 2024. Have never had a bad experience since going back for follow ups and for pain management. I think this hospital is better than Carle and OSF in regards to emergency, and their trauma level. Nearly every nurse was amazing, with the exception of one but I don’t remember her so she wasn’t that bad, just not as nice as all the others. I felt like I was truly cared for when I was admitted. Surgery went well and I was back to normal a couple of weeks later. Great hospital, friendly staff.
Very rude nurses and staff. Put me on pain meds for chronic pain then cut me off unexpectedly! Will never recommend anyone to go here! Angie even called me a liar
The staff is very friendly and down to earth, every time I have checked in they always get me to smile or laugh. Whitney I adore and has made my life more easier along with the other staff members
Very caring staff, my original NP didn't come back after maternity leave, so then I had Whitney, she's a great provider, takes her time and listens. I don't know where all these bad reviews come from, because I've never been treated badly here.
I've been going to the pain center for years for issues with my back, hip etc. They've helped me tremendously. Dr. Angie and Dr Lee are amazing! They always listen to your concerns, they're very knowledgeable and help you anyway they can. I love the whole staff! They're all very kind and helpful.
