Would recommend to anyone suffering with pain they are kind and have a great bedside manner
My husband was a patient here, but we will never step foot in this building again. We had success at first as a new patient in April and May. He had a steroid injection in May. Dr Graham was very good with that, and the nurse practitioner was also thorough. However, we did have a problem in May, from Jay who does the insurance pre- authorizations. He did not send in the pre- authorization in a timely manner and said my husband may not be able to get the injection that day. We had to call the insurance company and try to get ... read more
I have been going to this pain clinic for over two years. I am a patient of Sarah Sloan, she is kind, personable, and compassionate. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business. The staff is wonderful. The nurses are wonderful. 10 out of 10 would recommend
Had a appointment at Springfield pain clinic and Dr. Louis Graham cancelled cause he said I lived over 2 hours away when really I only live 90 mins away and he's the only pain doctor near me . I wouldn't recommend this Dr. Cancelled 15 hours before appointment that's poor service and help
We were referred here because my husband had a back injury. This place is amazing. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses to Dr Graham, we would highly recommend this clinic. They are professional, knowledgeable, and communicate with you every step of the way. Thank you for your help!
