Been a patient for over 2 years. All staff are fantastic. They all work well together. Great communication and never have had issues. They return my calls quickly. I never have any problems getting appointments scheduled/changed and refills are called in quickly. I drive over an hour and a half to see them! They are very much worth it!
Went in for right syatica and numness in my leg. They did a steroid injection and damaged my left side syatic nerve to the point I can’t walk. I had no issues with my left leg and back now I can’t walk or stand up straight without severe pain from my left side. I have continuous pain and I’ve called repeatedly to talk to the nurse practitioner who was rude and told me they couldn’t do anything else for me like I was only seeking drugs. STILL waiting for a callback for a FOLLOW UP appointment that will turn into ANOTHER shot. Need to do better. This waiting months for a callback or a year or more for an appointment is BS.
Didn't feel the provider could answer my questions. Back to square one I guess.
