Dr Graham is great! The support staff, most nurses and manager have been a nightmare. Dr Graham has been attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, professional, hardworking, efficient, reliable and nothing short of a badass superhero in my book. Would recommend to anyone suffering with pain they are kind and have a great bedside manner
My husband was a patient here, but we will never step foot in this building again. We had success at first as a new patient in April and May. He had a steroid injection in May. Dr Graham was very good with that, and the nurse practitioner was also thorough. However, we did have a problem in May, from Jay who does the insurance pre- authorizations. He did not send in the pre- authorization in a timely manner and said my husband may not be able to get the injection that day. We had to call the insurance company and try to get ... read more
