Doctors that refuse to speak to a patient about the process, options and tell half truths in order to book their surgical suites ought to retire.. just saying.. a 2-3 minute initial consult for a badly broken arm is outrageous

I very rarely EVER leave reviews but this place is bad and has been bad for a VERY long time....its next to impossible to make an appointment. The scheduling department for non office appointment services is slow and it's not because of insurance approvals because I've checked that....today our apt was for 10:15 and it's 11:42 and we still haven't seen a doctor...i have talked to office staff and doctors about this and they NEVER seem to understand or fix it. I was referred to Dr. David Lee and found him to be professional, courteous, polite and efficient - as was his team. I couldn't imaging a better outcome. I was treated with courtesy in my interview stage, helped with all concerns prior to my ankle fusion operation, guided through the method and honestly informed about the conclusion. I am very happy and I will highly recommend Dr. Lee and his wonderful surgical group if you have an ankle problem. Good Luck!
My Doctor spends no more than 2 minutes with me and is not interested in what I have to say. I believe he damaged a nerve doing a trigger finger surgery and after my second visit which was an hour wait. I spend a minute trying to tell him that I have nerve damage. The second minute he talk to his nurse to write me a prescription and not explaining anything to me.
I recently had a hip replacement done by Dr. Garland. I was back home in 2 days and felt great in no time. Currently I'm seeing Dr. Spencer for shoulder issues and I really appreciate his calm manner and the fact that he answers all of my questions. The staff are great too. Sometimes there can be a long wait, but that's just because they are well known for being one of the top ortho doctors around.
