In waiting room bleeding waiting for stitches.... Why is it always so slow here??
This “hospital” is terrible. Between unnecessarily long wait times for imaging to being laughed at when you ask about the wait time, this facility is a joke. I didn’t post a review the past 2 visits that were also terrible. I tried to chalk those up to just a unique experience but the third time is unacceptable. I’ll be switching all of my care to a provider that does not utilize Memorial.
They don't get in a hurry for sure. And not well equipped with beds. Long waits in between staff popping in with little progress. Some staff is nice but others are rude. Highly recommend going to another hospital like Erlanger that is much better in all these areas.
I can not say enough good things about this hospital. More than once they have saved my life. Treated me with care and empathy. Made sure my family was informed. When I was discharged they sent me home with a card signed by everyone who cared for me.
