I've been here 9 days and my room been clean ond time including my bed sheets charged but got mad cause I had a big needle looking things without the needle in only had water in it I was squirting my friends and family when they came to visit took away my visits and my meds for pain even though I jusr had a toe cut off
This ER is negligent and staff doesn’t even pretend they care about their patients. I was there with a family member whose blood pressure rose to stroke level after coming in with a head injury. Staff did not check on her, give her medication, or show any kind of concern for several hours. It took 5 hours to even see a nurse or doctor. When you ask the staff any kind of question they act like you’re bothering them. Dr. Mark Sumida did an amazing job with my fathers surgery and the staff at memorial have been outstanding. I highly recommend both Dr. Mark Sumida for all things orthopedic, Dr. Sumida did an amazing job with my father’s surgery and the staff at memorial has been outstanding.thus far. I highly recommend both Dr. Mark Sumida for all things orthopedic and Memorial North park for the surgery. The nursing staff along with everyone have been great and excellent care has been provided for Dad as well.
I recommend not going to this hospital unless it's the only option. They will throw you in the waiting room unless you are dying. It moves slower than any hospital I've ever been to.
