I had such a wonderful experience at Memorial Neuroscience Neurology Institute. From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless and welcoming. Lorrnette, the receptionist, was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient. She helped me with everything I needed and made the whole process so much easier. Dr. Buttrick was absolutely amazing as well. Worst service ever , I had to wait one month for my results and every time , that I called they just said we will sent it and nothing , if you can look for another place Do it .

Dr. Kreger was great. He did a variety of tests and took the time to explain to me my condition and what to do about it. The only problem I had was with the parking. The garage is small, and there are only a couple of disabled parking spaces. The second level of the garage doesn't have access to the building, and there's no elevator to the first level of the garage, only stairs. That's not good for a person using a walker or a wheelchair. Also, the curb outside the main entrance to the building doesn't have a ramp for a walk... read more
