The negative reviews on here are baffling. Didn't know you needed a referral? That's 100% on the patient and their insurance. Dr. Nasser is caring and thorough. Spends all the time you need. I've never felt rushed or that I was a both. Any time I messaged on the portal, he's replied with 24 hrs.
One star is one too many. Save your life do not enter. One neurologist Nasser doesn’t. Return calls, show up for appointments and hasn’t seen me since last year. He prescribes meds that caused a head fracture concussion and broken hip and left me in a wheelchair, as well as federal misappropriation of funds for medical services. The next, Dr. Ana Coronado is unintelligible does not look at you or make eye contact. She prescribed the same medication that was ineffective when I first saw her in 2025! What a horrible experience with this office. I scheduled my mother’s in law appointment with a month in advance, I sent the referral with the medical diagnosis. The day OF THE appointment, manager Jossie calls me telling me the provider cant do a telehealth visit because she was reviewing the file and she wanted to see her in person. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A DOCTOR'S OFFICE. THEY DID NOT TELL ME I NEEDED A REFERRAL AND THEN GAVE ME 1 HOUR THE DAY BEFORE TO GET IT IN AND CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR. I GOT THE REFERRAL BY 4:00 PM BUT THEY ALREADY GAVE MY APPOINTMENT AWAY AND TOLD ME THE NEXT APPOINTMENT THEY COULD GIVE ME WAS IN ANOTHER MONTH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT!! WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULING.
