Dr. Shah's medical assistant, Brittany, is nothing short of fantastic! In the 2-1/2 years that I've known her, she is wonderful to work with and has NEVER failed to deliver outstanding patient service. My urologist sent a referral in January. I called and called and left messages for the new patient coordinator, and never heard back. Finally, one day I did get ahold of her, and she said they needed labs to prove I needed to be seen by them. So I call the urologist. This is mid February by this time. The urologist sends over the labs. It is now May 8, 2025, four months and change after the initial referral, and I haven’t heard from Memorial Nephrology since.
