Tried making an appt three times but never can get anyone to answer the phone or return messages, and yes I am calling during business hours. I guess they don’t need the money? Maybe this will get their attention.
This Prime diagnostics has the best customer service! I went in with a situation and the ladies made their way to help me out. They were very friendly and made my visit run smooth. Well deserved 5 stars.
I had the WORST experience at this Richardson location. If you have an appointment scheduled I suggest you ask who your tech will be the day of. And if you find out it’s going to be a guy named Andrew reschedule or request another tech. That guy hates his job and has such a terrible attitude. I also let the manager know this and all she did was laugh. How do you find someone’s horroble experience amusing? If you hate your job go find another but don’t sit there and treat people poorly!
