The technician that took care of my 83 yr old aunt today was very rude and impatient and overall uncaring. She yelled at her because she moved. Then when she was unable to give a urine sample, I unknowingly left the empty jar in the container outside the door. When I saw the technician I informed her that, and she yelled at me and said 'how are you supposed to take it home if you leave it there!'
