Have had great care at MMC and always enjoyed the art work through the hospital. Went to the Bone Center to make an appointment and was shocked to see how sterile and clinical looking it was inside. Where is your art work? It goes a long way to make waiting more pleasant and reduces a patient's anxiety level.

Took my mom to mmc by ambulance and we got there they put her in a wheelchair and send her to the lobby to wait over 5hrs before they took her to a room and sat and waited some more its 1257am still waiting not even a doctor has come to see her what kind of hospital make you wait and wait and wait when your in lots of pain

Worst service ever ..... mother Was brought in by ambulance and they just stuck her in a wheelchair for five hours and put her in the waiting room before even put in a ER room. Can't wait for a third hospital opens up.
