I was very pleased with the care my 87 year old mother was given recently in the ER. Her nurse, Brook, was very helpful and explained everything that was going on putting my mom at ease. A very competent staff!
I am disappointed in the care my sister received a few nights ago. Because your staff did not use safety precaustion my sister fell. I think your staff could use some safety refreshener class. It should be rule of thumb to put up safety rails when someone comes in and is complaining of dizzyness or any head truma.
