I had an appointment with Melissa Quinn Bulkley. She was extremely un professional and talked about another patient to me. I had been warned about her before that she was found guilty of violating HIPPA many times. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND seeing her for ANY health issues!!!!!!
Had a mri done there, the nurse was injured from working on her ranch and injured my arm from trying to inject contrast. She apologized and said it was bothering her. Very ridiculous to see someone who is clearly hurt performing this on patients. Also they lost my MRI records in the mail. And to top it off they charged me for services that were not requested or preformed. I wouldn’t seek medical from this place stay away!!!! RecommendedHad to go to the ER Saturday night. The staff was awesome. I was in LOTS of pain and needed something done NOW!!! The nurses and the ER Doctor did an amazing job. I wasn’t particularly patient. THEY WERE. They got me stabilized and checked into a hospital room where I spent the night and most of the next day. My husband got a fish hook stuck deep in his thumb. We were in and out in less than an hour and we were well taken care of from the moment we walked in.
Traveled from Casper to Douglas for surgery and entire staff was amazing. Will recommend to friends and family.
