the staff is rude especially the P.A.s and Drs. They really don't care about your health. they are just there to get paid!!

Got there for my daughters stomach pain that woke her up from her sleep. Check in technician seemed like she didn't want to be there. You can definitely tell from a person's body language. Took about 45 to be seen by intake, another 30 to be seen by physician. Another hour to be seen by another physician because the first decided just to pass us along. RecommendedI’ve worked here almost 19 years and seen so much change. I’ve been a part of that change for the better. We have more services available (Stroke certified, Cardiology, Nephrology). And we will give you the best care we possibly can. I love hearing my patients tell me that they were glad to come to our hospital instead of leaving town to a bigger one.
My husband has been hospitalized at MHLB for three nights. He has received first-rate care from the doctors and nurses. Throughout, they have been friendly, accessible, and proactive in attending to the needs of my husband. Other hospitals in Central California where my husband has been hospitalized in recent months are sorely lacking in these qualities.
