All the staff are exceptional, the care is wonderful, they make you feel at peace and calm despite your pain and worry. I would definitely recommend this hospital. ER staff was wonderful the doctors the nurse. the five West staff was excellent. Jay the five West nursing supervisor was excellent. The one dietary member that came to my floor they took my food orders with excellent the rest of them not so excellent I only got two great and they both consisted of turkey burgers after they ran out of turkey burgers not so much I got to say though I had a great omelette for breakfast. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY 61 YEARS. STUCK IN ROOM FOR 10 HOURS AND NO ONE CAME BY FOR FOUR HOURS AT A TIME. I WAS TOLD BY 5 DOCTORS I WOULD BE ABLE.TO TRANSFER TO THE PAVILLON FLOOR ON 5 THEN AT THE.LAST MINUTE I WAS TOLD I COULDNT BECAUSE SOME STUPID TECHNICALITY WITH A CPAP MACHINE. THEN THEY SENT ME 3 HOURS.WEST TO LAKELAND AT 10PM. I WILL.TELL EVERYONE FOR THE REST.OF MY LIFE.TO AVOID YOUR HOSPITAL. I SHOULD FILE A LAWSUIT WHICH IS STILL BEING CONSIDERED.
