Highly unprofessional handling of critical medical scheduling. I was 15 minutes late for a PET scan and was completely fine with not being seen, as I understood the lateness was my fault and just wanted to reschedule. Instead, the staff is giving me a hard time and falsely accusing me of being a "no-show" twice. In reality, the previous week's change was requested by the clinic itself, and I have a saved voicemail from their staff proving it. I had a scan done in February and they were great! The staff was thorough and professional and put me at ease.

This has to be the most unprofessional establishment. The only reason for 2 stars is because when I called on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at around 12:15, the lady was so nice. However, after that it's been a struggle. Called Feb. 3 to see if the fax for orders to have mammogram came through and I was told it hadn't. I called back to Jackson to check and I was told that it was indeed faxed and the number was recalled to me. I asked could she resend the fax and she did. Gulfport Memorial has always been very good with their mammogram. Techs are always professional and very nice. ( Are Y’all Moving?) Memorial is very convenient for me.
