I cannot recommend this place enough! I was referred by Dr. Andrea Benton (who is wonderful) and I saw Dr. Lindsay Herbst. She was professional, warm, friendly, and very informative and understanding. I hadn’t had much success previously in solving my bladder issues until this visit. I was late due to traffic and barely went over the 15 minute grace period by a minute. They refused to take me and expressed no sensitivity to the urgency of my condition.
I hate Drs that say the reasons for your problems is because your fat especially...to run miles away to hear that I already know and didn't help my problem I am trying to control thanks for making me feel less than a person. Very unprofessional say things with kindness not straight ignorance.
STAY AWAY. They cancel appointments on you when you are already in the office. I've been cancelled on three times on the day of the appointment by the same provider. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect. I sent my doctor a message on January 30th and she still hasn't responded as of February 12th. Women's care is already stressful and they make it worse for you. They don't listen and aren't empathetic towards your issues.
