I was here for 7 hours and the ultrasound ladies were rude, that was in the worst part of the visit. Other than that it was pretty decent over all and the staff was nice and friendly!
I want to say to all Team Members at BJC Belleville Memorial that helpedin my medical journey. I went for a surgery. I received Top Grade Medical Care from the admissions department through after surgery and then home. I had numerous Team Members and I hope not to leave anyone out. Everyone was very helpful
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN PAIN. They refuse to give or prescribe real pain medication, even with no history of use or abuse, even when you are in excruciating pain (8+). They sent me to all my painful tests barely medicated on toradol and valium. I thought I was going to die from pain in the MRI. That said, almost everyone I encountered ancillary to the ED was friendly, compassionate, and professional.
