DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN PAIN. They refuse to give or prescribe real pain medication, even with no history of use or abuse, even when you are in excruciating pain (8+). They sent me to all my painful tests barely medicated on toradol and valium. I thought I was going to die from pain in the MRI. That said, almost everyone I encountered ancillary to the ED was friendly, compassionate, and professional. We took our daughter to the children’s ER. The staff was prompt and absolutely wonderful. Great experience all around

August 21, 2025 I went to the emergency room because I was having severe jaw, pain, headaches and double vision. I was treated by a doctor named Keith. Not sure what his last name was, but he was very kind, thorough and was able to diagnose my problem as” Giant Cell Arteritis” This is a very rare autoimmune disease. I feel so fortunate that he was able to diagnose this. I will always be grateful to him and wish I knew his last name.!
