It was pretty busy, but I never once felt like they didn’t care or weren’t trying to help. Staff were all very friendly, from registration to the doctor, everyone was great! No one wants to have to go to the emergency room, but I definitely picked the right one

I took my wife to the ER and we waited 7 1/2 hours and there were still 7 people in front of us, none of the vending machines were working. Now today I have to take her to St Elizebeths hopefully they are better, I used to swear by BJC but this hospital has really gone down hill since BJC took over terrible staff
Absolutely terrible. Drove almost two hours to get here. Arrived around 5:30 p.m., got all checked in and vitals looked at fairly quickly. Maybe 30ish minutes after that was took back to run a blood test an take an x-ray and was told to sit tight in front lobby for results. Five hours go by and they want to take another blood test and more waiting. I'm making this around 1:30 a.m. and still nothing regarding the x-ray or results from 2 blood test. They keep saying we were next in line for a room but they said that hours ago.... read more
