Just read a a review from a customer who ends up going elsewhere, thinking I will too!!! Maybe I wasn't on a Aetna Medicare PPO at the time bc of auto immune disease, thru my former employer, but that has Nothing to do with it, Memorial should have billed my insurance OR told me how about going thru doc to get scooter paid for!!!!!! Instead I paid about 900 for the scooter about 6 yrs ago!!! (So you're only interested in the money not truly helping customers!) That would not have been a copay!!! Update again: A week ago I contacted them for CPAP supplies again. I was told that they would no longer provide me supplies because my insurance was no longer a provider and not paying for supplies. I contacted my insurance company who called them while I was on the line and told them they were a Memorial provider and had paid all their claims in full per their records and they didn’t understand the problem. Update: I talked to Laurie, the Director there. She immediately took care of the problem, apologized and answered all my questions regarding my CPAP machine. I feel much better about what happened and also know if problems to call them directly instead of ResMed. I use the online system for my CPAP supplies. I didn’t receive my June order and went to my account and it shows assumed ship?? Whatever that means! This is the first time I have had trouble. I have sent a couple emails with no response. Called to check if they carry electric scooters and if they bill Medicare they said yes. We are from out of town so we arrived at memorial supply. We didn’t wait long to talk to the lady. I gave a rx. To get the scooter, she told me that I-needed notes from the Dr. and I needed a evaluation to get the scooter which could take up to 6 months to get the scooter, see gave me the fax number, so we said ok and left.
