I have a medically complex preemie. We were in the nicu for over 100 days. The nicu called to make sure our sons order was ready they said yes it just needs to be picked up. Well we showed up the employee that helped us couldn't even access our prescription. She had to call someone else and they had to send it to her. Then they didn't have everything we needed.
