If something goes wrong with your purchase, prepare to spend a lot of time you don't have. It must be noted, most employees are amazing and are just trying to do their job, they deserve the praise they get. The manager, however, seems like he likes to create drama where it doesn't exist. I needed a new cylinder for my shower. No store had this type, but the Manager at Home Hardware in that area took my name and searched for one, found it and called me back. Just awesome. Every department in this store has been incredibly helpful, every time!
Not really sure what the lady with short hair working the E PickUp counters problem is but she was absolutely miserable and rude. Also extremely alarming she didnt bother to ask or look at my ID to ensure I was the correct person picking up my order, when the email specifically states that you need to show your ID before releasing the product.
