I don’t know how this place is in business. I have found the staff to be quite helpful but the product selection and pricing are a joke. I always have to go to Home Depot afterwards to get what I actually need anyways… sad.

I have always loved shopping at Home Hardware stores throughout Ontario. I went to return an item at the customer service desk, he was so unprofessional didn't give a care in the world to help me... I get having to work and getting up early because you have to make a living, like all other people don't want to work because we all have better things to do but put on a smile and be kind...
Awesome store with knowledgeable associates. I believe a lovely gentleman named Rod or Ron helped me fine the plumbing adapter I needed after some trial and error with me trying to describe my issue. Took about 20 min but he got me exactly what I needed! Love the care of this local business!
