I have always loved shopping at Home Hardware stores throughout Ontario. I went to return an item at the customer service desk, he was so unprofessional didn't give a care in the world to help me... I get having to work and getting up early because you have to make a living, like all other people don't want to work because we all have better things to do but put on a smile and be kind...
Awesome store with knowledgeable associates. I believe a lovely gentleman named Rod or Ron helped me fine the plumbing adapter I needed after some trial and error with me trying to describe my issue. Took about 20 min but he got me exactly what I needed! Love the care of this local business!
This place is the best shopping experience in TBay because they have great products and amazing and plentiful staff. You don’t have to go hunting for someone to help, they’re always friendly and knowledgeable, and honestly they just make going here an enjoyable and fun experience. They’re also locally owned, Canadian, and they donate to community groups. They’re always my first stop when I’m looking for things, and I never have to go elsewhere.
