Most of the staff at the store are helpful, but whoever Mary is, goodness gracious. I've been having issues with an online order glitch for the last week and a half - she refuses to pick up the phone even when she is at her desk, and has not returned the three voicemails I left asking for someone to call me back to sort it out. Average guy, home renovations on the weekend when I'm off work. Went out to get hardware Saturday as I was short a couple things, your store was closed. Sunday I tried again to buy from your store....also closed. Looks like im heading to home depot. Just food for thought, I'd love to be able to get into your store between 8-6 but thats not the reality of many people these days who work a regular job, Wake up
