Normally I always go to Home Depot for my wood, lately switched to home hardware due to customer service, the head guy didn’t really wanna help or dictate someone with cutting some 16’ boards into 14’ to fit on the trailer but Dean stepped up and said he would do it if that’s ok, and I’m glad he let him otherwise I would of been traveling somewhere else to try and get my boards, had a $1500 order next time shouldn’t be that hard busy or not, just delegate someone I’m lucky Dean stepped up.

Never ordered any wood from this place they will send you the worst wood ever we got a load from them delivered and it's like someone took this wood from a garbage pile just disgusting I thought I should order locally but next time I'll take my business elsewhere this made me not want to go to this store to buy anything knowing they do shady shit like this
